This for is presented when the user needs to request their private link. They enter their email address, and if it matches an existing email address, the private link is emailed to them.
This demonstrates placing the “Request Private Link” form on its own page. It can also be shown on the same page as the signup form, it will replace the signup form on the page when the link is clicked.
This form is configured in the plugin settings under the “Resend Link Settings” tab.
