To keep your xnau premium plugins up to date, you must install and activate this simple, free plugin. This plugin provides the connection to the update server and all our premium plugins make use of it.
Why do you need this?
Plugins that are installed as add-ons to the free Participants Database plugin are provided with occasional updates via our server here at xnau.com. Previously, this was handled by the main plugin, Participants Database, which is hosted on the wordpress.org plugin repository.
WordPress plugins that are hosted on wordpress.org are no longer allowed to include their own updater code, so we had to remove the updater that was part of Participants Database. In order to make it possible to keep serving updates to our premium plugins, we developed this utility plugin.
Please download, install and activate this free plugin to continue to recieve updates to all your xnau premium plugins.
To install the plugin:
- Download this file
- Go to the “plugins” page in your site admin
- Click on “Add New”
- Click on “Upload Plugin”
- Select the zip file you downloaded
- Click the “Activate” button once it uploads
You must update your xnau plugins the the latest version before the update code is removed from Participants Database. This will happen in Participants Database version 2.3.
